APPLICATION EXPERIENCE

Industries and Project Types We Support

Each project is assessed by its geometry, material, function and verification needs. Industry labels help buyers find relevant examples; they do not replace the drawing specification.

HOW WE REVIEW A PROJECT

Manufacturing Decisions Start With Function

A useful quotation depends on more than a part name. The drawing and operating requirements tell us what must be controlled.

Functional requirements

Critical dimensions, fits, sealing faces and GD&T callouts determine the machining and inspection plan.

Material and geometry

Material behavior, wall thickness, deep features and tool access are reviewed before production.

Inspection evidence

Key dimensions are inspected with the equipment appropriate to the drawing and documented when requested.

Prototype to repeat order

The same drawing, revision and approved requirements provide the basis for repeat manufacturing.

BUYER QUESTIONS

Industry Machining FAQ

Do you only serve the industries shown here?

No. These examples represent common applications, not a limitation. VOGUC reviews projects from any industry where CNC milling or turning is a suitable process.

Can you manufacture regulated-industry parts?

We can review the drawing and manufacturing requirements, but the customer must identify every applicable regulatory, validation, cleanliness and documentation requirement before quotation.

Can you support one-off development parts?

Yes. The minimum order quantity is 1 piece, making the service suitable for prototypes, fixtures and replacement components.

What should I send for an industry-specific review?

Send a 3D CAD file, a dimensioned drawing, material, quantity, finish, critical characteristics, operating environment and any required inspection documents.

Have an application that is not listed?

Send the drawing and explain how the part will be used. We will review whether our CNC milling, turning and inspection capabilities fit the project.
