When you submit an enquiry, we may also receive attribution details supplied with that request, such as the landing page, referring page, UTM campaign fields, an advertising click identifier supplied by Google or Microsoft and, when applicable, the name, site path and time of the most recent VOGUC resource downloaded in the current browser-tab session. We may receive basic technical information needed to operate and secure the website, such as IP address, browser type, device information, access time and security logs.

Website enquiry submissions are transmitted through Resend, our transactional email service provider, so that they can be delivered to our business email. Do not include confidential drawings in the text form; contact us first to agree a suitable file-transfer method.

VOGUC is located in China. If you contact us from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland or another jurisdiction, your information may be transferred to and processed in China and in countries where our service providers operate. If a visitor explicitly chooses “Send shortlist context for review” in the material assistant, only the selected broad buyer priorities are carried in the Contact URL; the site recomputes the corresponding starting material families, and no drawing, dimensions or entered project values are included. If a visitor explicitly chooses “Send readiness context for review” in the finish specification builder, only the selected broad material and finish families, preparation score band and missing checklist item identifiers are carried in the Contact URL; the site validates and recomputes the summary, and no drawing, dimensions, colors, standards or free-text project values are included. Optional measurement technologies load only after a visitor chooses “Allow measurement” in the privacy controls. Google Analytics may then receive page-view, conversion and Core Web Vitals events to help us understand website usefulness, advertising attribution and speed. Meta Pixel may receive a PageView event and, after the website confirms that an enquiry was successfully submitted, a Lead event without form content. These events may include related browser or device signals and are processed in accordance with Meta’s terms and privacy practices. The first consented Google Analytics page view may include only allowlisted UTM campaign fields and a valid Google or Microsoft advertising click identifier; other query parameters and all referrer query strings or fragments are removed.
