How Your RFQ Is Reviewed
We first align the manufacturing and quality scope. This prevents a fast but incomplete price from being compared with a quote that includes different materials, inspection or delivery assumptions.

We identify the drawing or model revision, quantity, material, finish, destination and any missing requirements.
- 2 · Review manufacturing fit
The team reviews process choice, setup access, critical tolerances and the inspection evidence needed for the part.
- 3 · Return a scoped quotation
The quotation records the reviewed scope and relevant assumptions. Revised geometry, quantities or quality requirements should be reviewed again before order release.

Before You Send an Enquiry
These answers clarify the minimum information needed for a useful CNC machining review.
What files should I send for a CNC machining quote?
Send a STEP or STP model plus a dimensioned drawing when possible. The drawing should identify the revision, material, quantity, tolerances, threads, finish and inspection requirements.
How do I upload drawings and project files securely?
Use the secure drawing upload inside the enquiry form to attach up to five private files. STEP, STP, IGES, IGS, STL, DWG, DXF, PDF and ZIP are supported, with a 50 MB limit per file and 150 MB total. If the upload cannot accept your project package, contact Sales@vogucmachining.com for an alternative transfer method.
What is VOGUC's minimum order quantity?
The minimum order quantity is 1 piece. One-off prototypes, fixtures, replacement parts and repeat-production enquiries can be reviewed.
Is ±0.01 mm available for every feature?
No. Critical dimensions can reach ±0.01 mm after the drawing, geometry, material, setup and inspection method are reviewed. The required tolerance should be stated on the drawing.
What affects a CNC machining quotation?
A quotation depends on the released geometry and revision, material and stock condition, quantity, setup and machining time, tolerance and inspection scope, surface finish, packaging and delivery requirements. VOGUC confirms these inputs before treating quotations as comparable.
Can VOGUC ship CNC parts internationally?
VOGUC accepts enquiries from international buyers. The quotation should confirm the destination, shipping method, packaging, delivery basis and target timing. Manufacturing completion, carrier transit and customs time are reviewed separately so the agreed schedule is clear.
