HOW IT SUPPORTS A PROJECT

Vision measurement uses magnified optical imaging and software to identify edges and compare planar features. It is especially useful for smaller parts, delicate features and dimensions that can be located clearly from a suitable viewing direction.
METHOD LIMITATIONS
What should be agreed before production
Results depend on edge contrast, focus, lighting, part orientation and a clear line of sight. Deep, hidden or low-contrast geometry may require another inspection method such as CMM or dedicated gauges. Send the controlled drawing, critical characteristics, sampling requirement and expected report format with your RFQ.
