DRAWING-LED ENGINEERING PLASTIC PARTS
VOGUC manufactures custom CNC parts in Dongguan, China. For engineering plastics, we review the specified grade alongside geometry, workholding, edge condition and inspection before confirming a part-specific process.

SERVICE SCOPE
This is a machining-service discussion for custom parts, not a general polymer catalog. Milling, turning or combined operations are selected only after reviewing the drawing, stock form and critical surfaces.
Plastics can move under cutting forces or temperature changes. Thin walls, burr-sensitive edges and channels may need different support and inspection plans from a metal part with similar geometry. Our documented PEEK bracket and PPSU manifold illustrate individual challenges, not blanket tolerance or application guarantees.
Use the broader CNC material-selection guide to compare grades. For a defined geometry, explore CNC milling or rapid prototyping. A mainly cylindrical plastic part may instead warrant a CNC turning review; specify the exact grade, functional diameters and inspection condition so the route can be assessed. The documented PEEK and PPSU examples here do not establish that those parts were turned. This page owns the engineering-plastic machining decision rather than repeating those services.
DOCUMENTED VOGUC PARTS
Existing VOGUC case records show material, application and machining challenge for individual parts. They do not establish universal process, certification or lead-time promises.

BUYER & ENGINEER CHECKLIST
A precise request helps distinguish confirmed requirements from assumptions.
Specify the polymer grade, reinforcement, stock form and substitution rule. A broad family name is not enough to plan machining or inspection.
Mark thin walls, channels, mating surfaces, edge condition and critical datums. Geometry determines support and process choices.
Describe operating temperature, fluids, loads and cleaning exposure. The design owner must confirm material suitability.
State critical dimensions, inspection condition and required material documentation or reports. Confirm scope at quotation.
See inspection and documentation for quality planning. VOGUC reviews feasibility and requested certificate scope against each drawing; this page does not promise a specific grade, tolerance, medical approval or stock availability for every RFQ.
Send a STEP or STP model with a dimensioned drawing, exact material designation, quantity, revision, critical features and acceptance requirements. We can review the machining route for your specific part.
